"Over a week ago, I had a session with Macarena. At that time, I was restless, unable to control my racing thoughts, and life felt hectic, messy, and overwhelming. I was desperate to find some answers—or at least some peace. The session was held over Zoom, and my camera wasn’t working (which I now believe must have been for a reason).
